Don’t recommend. The new owner does not do nails well. On top of it all the nail lady followed me to ask for a tip no one should ask for a tip. When the owner was called had no answer on how she will remedy this

First time here following the ownership change several months ago. I brought a picture AND an article naming colors and describing process for an “ice cream” manicure. The owner repeatedly argued that I needed a different color and needed to apply differently than described in the article. The manicure looked nothing like the subtle natural style requested. I have been going to Angel Tips Nails in Medford for months now (even while it was previously known as Anna’s), and I have NEVER been disappointed. I always go to the owner, Kim, as she is such an amazing, kind, and talented person. I am including in this review a picture of my nails that she had done for me tonight, and they are one of my favorites of all time!
