The worst highlighting experience I've ever had. Anna did not listen to my request for minimal highlights. I explained how I prefer more of my natural color and just would like minimal highlights to give my hair more dimension. She proceeded to do the highlights without listening my requests. My hair turned out way too blond- ruining the efforts I've made over the last 12 months to allow more of my natural color. I highly recommend this salon! Anna is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure you are happy with the results. The service is exceptional, and the welcoming atmosphere makes every visit a great experience. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be coming back!
Horriable experience.Very rude.messed up my hair was so orange and daughter had nerve to want to charge 75.00 to correct there mess..the daughter not licenced found out..Just go else where. Salon very slooopy and mother Anna rude.and mean.
