I walked in as a complete walk-in, seriously considering shaving my head (dry, bad colour, damaged, itchy scalp… the whole situation). When I said that, Anna just looked at me like… why? 😅. Shes very honest and upfront. She didn’t rush me or push anything. She sat me down, let me try on a few toppers, and explained how they work so I could actually understand my options.
