HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I called this company and they told they would arrive at 1 after that i waited and waited and after that they arrived at my house at 7pm 6 hours LATER.. when they arrived they told me they brought the wrong glass for my door.. they took my door and they said it would be ready in 2 hours i called them 2 hours later and they never answered me i kept calling and no answer or call back they are a HORRIBLE company they dont deserve to have a company.. now its motning and i still dont have a call back from them... read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Absolutely the worst company (if they deserve that title) I have ever worked with. They took my money and call after call they have yet to do any work. Stay away from this company at all costs. I can't believe I actually gave them money, I feel like an idiot after reviewing these other comments afterwards, I should have reviewed this website before making a decision.

Get your windshield replaced by someone else! I would give AGS zero stars, but there is not that option. We had this company replace our windshield in our vehicle recently, only to learn that they installed the wrong windshield. After calling countless numbers of times to get them to fix the problem, they never returned one phone call. Their customer service is inconsiderate at best. no- good glass shop!for real!!!!! I needed a picture window quarter inch piece of glass, at 2 in the morning! So I cald because they are a so called (24 hr service) but its false advertisment! Them tweaker lookn people gave me the run around for two days ! Dnt worry im telling tom martino:)So BeWaRE AnnA! Ur goin down..

Hire someone else! This company has no concept of time or workmanship. Wish I had read reviews 1st. After a break in at our store, this company came out and looked at the damage. They said they would return in 40 minutes to replace the window, I waited 2 hours before they returned only to discover that the glass was the wrong size. They left saying they would return in 1 hour with the correct piece. After forgetting to take measurements they called 1 hour later to get my measurement from the smashed piece. 4 hours later and ... read more

AB Glass does not stand behind there work. BEWARE!! These people are sloppy in their work, the bookkeeping and their integrity. They sold me an expensive tempered, beveled door panel that had multiple scratches and a large pit that was not seen until I got home. I took it back and the owner accused me of trying to get a new panel and that I caused the damage. I just wanted what I had paid for and nothing more. He just wanted to have me pay for a new panel.
