I've been working for Anna's Care LLC since November of last year. This is by far the best caregiving agency I've ever worked under. I have four years of experience in this field, and for the first time, I feel like a valued employee. I'm never left in the dark about any changes in events or procedures. My boss calls me personally to ask how my clients are doing and to check on my overall well-being. When I look back on how I was treated at my old agency, I kick myself for not switching sooner.
