Don’t work for this company ever!!! I can’t stress that enough! They entered my pay wrong and it was a dollar less than agreed on and then fought me on it like I was faking and just asking for more money, scheduling is horrendous, if someone doesn’t show then they try to make you stay for the next shift too, and if you ask them about it more than once then they will ignore you and stop responding. Whatever you do do not work for this place. They yell at you I you are sick. They don't schedule people behind you, you end up stuck and can't leave. When you work over they edit your time clock so they don't have to pay you. They insist you're scheduled even when you aren't. They only care about all their lavish trips and cruises. Not you or the clients. Anna's Care needs to be shut down.
Very bad for the workers. Very poor management. They have the worst management to employee communication I have ever experienced, and do not stick to their word. Management will go straight from business to family in a second. The owner, Miss Linda, listens to her children who help her run the business much more than she listens to her employees. My only experience with this company is that I live very close to one of their homes that they run. Obviously the people who are supposed to be taking of their clients are not very attentive. I have had numerous instances where a client of theirs has wandered out of the home and found themselves at my front door or trying to get in my gated area. I see clients outside alone in the front yard with no employees to be seen. But the worse thing I think I've witnessed is an employee walking with two clients, one was ahead of her ... read more
