Have been a client for a couple years, utilizing their dog wash, car wash and vacuuming service. I was vacuuming out my car when I was approached by a man (I’m assuming a manager)…never identified himself or told me who he was. Told me that vacuuming was for customers only and that I need to leave. When I said that I was a customer going to use the wash services, he became very condescending saying my truck wouldn’t fit. We have been here before and had good service but it has been a couple years. Went today and got a wash, the back wasn’t clean and when we brought it to their attention they wouldn’t make it right. It was very disappointing and has lead us to believe they don’t actually want us to come back, so we will be going to the other car wash in town.
Their vacuums are excellent. The car wash itself is ok, better than the gas station down the street. However good luck catching them open. This business doesn't adhere to their posted hours, are they ever open anymore? The last several times I’ve attempted to use their services they’ve been closed (today for example- 4:30 on a Thursday) I’m over it.
Went through to get my truck washed, was turned away for this debris in my bed. If you are taking a vehicle there, don't take a truck
There’s a reason this car wash has 3.7 stars…. It’s not just me.. the car wash itself does a nice job, it’s the staff that’s the problem. I’m 44 and always have new cars. I’ve never seen a car wash in my life that is so selective and petty on which cars they power wash quickly or scrub brush prior to it rolling thru.
