We have always had great service at Annie’s until today. Today when we took the car through the wash it came out streaked with dirt. Also, the two attendants manning the bay did not spray the car as has always happened in the past. When I asked if the car could be rerun through the wash the attendants said we would have to pay again. When I asked to speak to the manager we were told he would have the same answer. Very disappointing experience. Back to the manual car wash we shall go!

We tried the dog wash three times and two of the times there was no soap. I recently washed our dogs there and it already had my card charged and the whole time only water would come out of the shampoo setting. That evening I was telling my husband about it and he said the last time he took our dogs there was no soap either. I said I wished he had let me know, I would have tried to contact the owner sooner. Tried to vacuum my car Tuesday at 330, for some reason they shut the vacuums off 30 seconds after I got out of my car. I've given this place plenty of chances but they are open when they want to be I guess. Not my first second or third problem here. Edit: I am a paying customer, I wash my car and my 3 dogs here all the time, which is why I have had multiple issues at this location. So someone saw my car pull in and turned off the vacuum because I didn't wash my car first?
