Whatever it is you're doing, if it's not literally saving a life, stop doing that and get to Anna's and get the Chicken Fried Steak breakfast. This was one of the most enjoyable culinary experiences I've ever had. Everything is made in house and is unbelievably good. I'm sad I can only get it there, but I'm glad I did!
Honestly very disappointed, we've been driving for 14 hours and wanted to get some solid food. The server was very nice but the food and the coffee were so incredibly bland. I bought the "Signature item" enchiladas with onion thinking it would be one of the better ones to have. Everything on my plate tasted roughly the same, I could make out the enchilada sauce and the hint of bean flavor but nothing had a kick or noticable flavor including the coffee. Great spot to have breakfast and a good price. The staff was very helpful and responsive.
As a local it’s a shame I didn’t even get to eat here. Came trying to have a birthday breakfast but instead was met by a rude hostess who sees us carrying a baby and sighs saying “the wait is 30 minutes, do you still want your name down.” with a tone and no eye contact. Not going to eat at a place I don’t feel welcome as a local. Sucks, they probably lost decades of future business. October 4th 9:30am.
