I love Anna’s Bridal and not just because Anna is my name. I went there nervous and overwhelmed and Ria fixed that immediately. Not only is she so cool, kind and understanding, she’s also very knowledgeable about dresses and sizes. I had no idea what size I was as I had a baby recently and she figured it out just by looking at me! She helped me find the PERFECT dress. I am so happy I made the hour drive to Anna’s Bridal!

I have had an awful & horrible experience at Alexandria office with the tailor Ms. Jenny. She is so unprofessional in behaviour and communication and work. For the alteration of my bridal dress, she tortured me by not paying attention to my needs. Instead of 3 times( normal trial of bridal dress) she made me 7 times back and forth going over there, she lost the original flower of the dress and instead of applogize, she behaved so rude when I complained. Amazing selection of beautiful dresses! Everyone was very attentive, kind, and easy to work with, and they accommodated my busy schedule! Highly recommend!

Save yourself pain and do not go to the Bethesda store, they are very disorganized. I think they try, it’s just poor management and chaotic. If you can make it down to their location in Alexandria the sales and tailoring is much much better. Jenny is the seamstress there and her skills are exceptional. If you want to avoid the dysfunction all together, try Love Couture Bridal in Potomac MD or Elegance By Roya Bridal Atelier in McLean VA.
