I just got my wedding dress tailored here and it is so perfect and beautiful! The whole process was incredibly easy and the dress was well taken care of. We were able to get the dress finished within 4 weekly appointments with me taking it home on the last one. Overall a wonderful experience and value!

Went for the first time after seeing some good reviews. Terrible customer service. It was awkward as soon as I entered, not inviting at all. Was looking to get some alterations done to my dress and needed their expertise/suggestions. The lady was not only rude but i had to ask multiple times to get a response on options to alter it and dint really get a proper answer..

It pains me to write a negative review like this, since my experiences at Anna’s have been mostly fine. Today I came in to get a bridesmaid dress altered (blue Birdy Grey dress). The seamstress was polite and helpful. However, when I went to check out the clerk hastily ripped my dress from my hands, clearly aggravated that I handed it to her in exchange for the ticket she was handing me to fill out. I have been coming to Anna's for year's and won't go anywhere else. They do amazing work. They've literally done everything from my wedding dress, pants, shirts, to swim suits. I would trust their staff with anything!

Very happy with Anna's. They do excellent work, they are transparent about the time repairs will take and the price and they recently went above and beyond to help me with additional repairs. Would definitely recommend and will continue to go here in the future.
