I'm extremely angry, disappointed, and heartbroken over my experience with Anna's Alterations. I dropped off my wedding dress on April 22 with two different promised completion date that came and went -- it wasn't ready until June 26, more than two months later. One of the most frustrating parts is that I specifically asked to have the scraps from my dress returned because I wanted to have a shirt made. Rude and does not follow simple instructions.
Very rude she made us pay 25$ for the pins that she put in the dress then took them out and was also very rude about the other places that we said we were gonna try to go to bc we thought her prices was way to high they wanted 220$ to hem the dress like 7 inches would not go back if they would do it for free
She is a professional seamstress. Always does a great job. Always completed on time.
