I need to get in contact with someone from Anna’s Alterations Pineville-Matthews. I needed to pick up pants from there yesterday for a wedding I’m in today, but they are closed today (Sunday). Does anybody have a contact number of someone in the Anna’s Alterations Pineville-Matthews store?
We have been going to Anna’s Alterations for the past 20 years on a friend’s recommendation. I can not say enough about the quality and service! Their work is impeccable and they stand behind their work. 5 Stars
If y'all need alterations in the Matthews / ballantyne area, this place is amazing. I took my bridesmaids dress less than 12 hours before I needed to pick it back up and they were nothing but accommodating, and everything turned out so perfect.
Took a pair of dress pants and a jacket to be altered. Pants needed length shortened and hemed jacket sleeves needed to be let out an inch and the sides taken in just a hair. These people think that that very little amount of work costs $95! These people think their work is gold. I am having to take my jacket to another place to get it re done because Anna’s didn’t do it correctly and the sleeves are still too short. This is the stuff for my wedding too. 6 years ago I took a dress in for alteration the cost to alter it was $65. Today, I took the same dress in for alterations, it needed to be altered in the same exact places as before. The cost was appraised at $215. That’s ridiculous and highway robbery. You honestly don’t believe you are the only place in town that does alterations do you? I will never return and I will never send another person to your shop.
They do a great job, and if you are in a hurry, they will try to accomodate.
When you need something done right go to Anna's AND they did it while I waited! Quick and polite service. Reasonable price too!! What's not to love.
