I’m not from the area, but I visited my family and stopped by this store. The customer service was outstanding—he made us feel very welcome, and the experience was excellent. I purchased a necklace, and he even gave us a great discount. After reading some of the older reviews, I believe they must have been written by competitors or people envious of his success, as they don’t reflect the wonderful service I experienced.

Worst customer service I ever experienced
Today, Jan 6th, 2022 I went to this store to buy gold bracket and the ear rings. Didn’t greet neither ask us to wait. We asked if they have other options for the ring and the guy offered us to go to another store instead of consulting other offers they provides . Who ask their clients to go to another store .. def locks sense of business. NOT RECOMMENDED!! One star is for them being polite and calm.
