I'm not one that writes poor reviews often. But sometimes things happen in such a way that I just have to speak out. Last November I found a boat being sold by Annapolis Yacht Sales. It appeared on paper to be my perfect boat so I acted quickly and but the boat under contract. The boat had already been hauled out of the water and winterized so it wasn't going to be possible to get a survey/sea trial until spring. I listed my sailboat with Deanna Sansbury of AYS after a frustrating experience with a listing with North Point Yacht Sales. The difference was like night and day, with very professional service provided by Ms Sansbury. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable and went the extra mile in pursuing leads and selling them on my boat. I listed my sailboat with Ms. Sansbury in September 2019 and she sold my boat in early December 2019. I would not hesitate to use her again on a sale or purchase.

We were looking for a particular boat and found one that was listed by Deanna Sansbury of Annapolis Yacht Sales. From the first contact through closing she went above and beyond. Every little question was addressed by her immediately. One of the most impressive feats was her organizing a very particular zinc anode during haul out for the survey.
