I'm not one that writes poor reviews often. But sometimes things happen in such a way that I just have to speak out. Last November I found a boat being sold by Annapolis Yacht Sales. It appeared on paper to be my perfect boat so I acted quickly and but the boat under contract. The boat had already been hauled out of the water and winterized so it wasn't going to be possible to get a survey/sea trial until spring.
