I would not recommend this pet care service, as their customer service and communication, in my opinion were severely lacking. They were fine in the past, but in more recent times now provide a less than satisfactory service for the price charged. They have adopted unreasonable policies regarding the accompanying of pets during treatment, and failed to communicate this and other updates prior to my appointment, which there was a cancellation fee for. Find a better veterinary service, they are out there.Â
Excellent care ! First timer with Dr. Hamilton and her staff. They are wonderful and very compassionate. EXTREMELY THOROUGH 😊Â
