Dr. Thomas is truly incredible. The entire team was so wonderful to work with....So naturally caring and attentive. We moved and miss Dr. Thomas and the entire VCA SA team dearly! Everyone made us feel so at ease as first time puppy parents who asked a lot of questions. Our dog loved going to the vet... even when he was sick. I think that says it all.
I was referred to VCA via Dr. Katie Thomas. We had a wonderful experiences with Dr. Thomas but my last experience with the office and Dr. Kligge were not very favorable. If I am unable to get Dr. Thomas in the future, I will no longer visit this vet office. - On Thursday, I called regarding my dogs sneezing and runny nose. Staff are always kind, patient, and professional. They take great care of my pup and offer a care club that helps with cost of visits, vaccines and routine bloodwork.
Dr Thomas is great, but this place never has available appointments. It’s actually crazy that you have a sick pet that is a patient and all they ever do is tell you they can’t see him when you have a problem and to take him to urgent care. What is the point of having a vet that can never see your pet. I do not recommend joining this practice. They must have taken on too many patients and do not save space for same day sick visits.
I haven't been a client at this location but I am a client at the Columbia location which is excellent vet care.
