I’ve been on a waitlist to see PT for months at this facility, with no one calling to book me in. I reached out last week and was told there were 2 appts available this week, I called first thing Monday morning and was told the appts are now booked and I’m back on the waitlist. I was given no anticipated wait time for an appt and told they cannot book me at this time. I also found the reception staff extremely condescending and rude to speak with. The staff is great, and my physiotherapist is absolutely fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable..
Had a great experience! After having knee surgery on both knees my lower back was hurting so much it was hard to walk. After a few sessions with Michel, I felt 90 % better. After a couple of days later I was back 100%. Great at explaining what was happening and trying various ways of helping. Would highly recommend 🥰.
