I has an appointment with dr. sonie upreti this afternoon at the Pasadena location. I was a new patient with hopes of getting some answers to a health concern I'm having. I got there at 1pm and wasn't seen until 45 minutes later. The assistant explained they were running behind. My vitals were not taken and the room I was assigned to was not cleaned from the patient before me. I brought with me labs and scans the Dr Upreti went through. Dr. Upreti and the staff are all very nice and take the time needed to answer questions and understand my total care. I never feel rushed and can always get a quick call back if needed. I am very confident in the care I am receiving and in my treatment plan. Written for my Mom N. Mosur.
Dr. Upreti is a excellent doctor. Whom I appreciate very much. She has a wonderful bedside manner and she is a wonderful person. She has helped me in so many ways I am in so much better shape since going to her. Raina is a wonderful assistant to Dr. Upreti. She follows-up on my condition every 3 months which is great. And she pays very good attention to any problems I am feeling.
Dr Upreti is a lifesaver! Two and a half years ago, I could barely get out of bed in the morning, as a result of the joint pain I was suffering, dreading going to work - I was a 64 year old man, but I felt 85!! Dr Upreti’s diagnosis of PMR was spot on. The medication protocol she prescribed, coupled with her patient and thorough medical explanations and guidance has given me my life back!
