I am very pleased with Dr. Upreti's diagnosis, initial therapy / solution and the comprehensive services and staff supporting the Pasadena office.
Dr Upreti is the best! She has an excellent bed side manner and makes me feel understood and that I’m not alone in my Rheumatoid Arthritis journey.
Dr. Upreti is extremely thorough and has genuine concern for the outcome of my medical situation. She has worked closely with my Ortho to get solutions for my overall health. I greatly appreciate her expertise and kindness!
For the past 3 years, Dr. Upreti has been my doctor and consistently delivered excellent service. She’s very caring and takes the time out to listen to my concerns.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Dr. Upreti was one of the worst Drs I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She did not listen to me as a patient. She strictly went off what my hospital visit said, then she told me she would only run tests because I was already there. She looked at my labs and based off those alone told me there is ZERO chance of me having any autoimmune diseases, which was extremely rude and is just not true.
