For the past 3 years, Dr. Upreti has been my doctor and consistently delivered excellent service. She’s very caring and takes the time out to listen to my concerns.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Dr. Upreti was one of the worst Drs I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She did not listen to me as a patient. She strictly went off what my hospital visit said, then she told me she would only run tests because I was already there. She looked at my labs and based off those alone told me there is ZERO chance of me having any autoimmune diseases, which was extremely rude and is just not true. I’m so disappointed with my experience with Dr. Saade. To my first office visit I went to check in but had forgotten my insurance card. I was told I couldn’t be seen without it. I offered to call my insurance to prove I had coverage and provide my insurance number but was told the Dr chose to not see me as a patient today or in the future due to me not being able to provide my card. I have been going to see Dr. Upreti at Annapolis Rheumatology for a year now. She is one of the best doctors that I have ever been to. She is very easy to talk to and never rushes anything. She is very thorough, answers all my questions, and explains everything in terms that I can understand. Her treatment of my disease has been excellent and everything is progressing very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a rheumatologist.
I has an appointment with dr. sonie upreti this afternoon at the Pasadena location. I was a new patient with hopes of getting some answers to a health concern I'm having. I got there at 1pm and wasn't seen until 45 minutes later. The assistant explained they were running behind. My vitals were not taken and the room I was assigned to was not cleaned from the patient before me. I brought with me labs and scans the Dr Upreti went through.
