Great experience tea and coffee provided and warm and cold temperatures
I see all the great reviews but you can't ever reach anyone at the practice. I tried calling several times to schedule an appointment to no avail.
I was recommended to this office expecting for it to be a great place but I had a whole different experience. The front desk person was so nice and professional. She was very patient with my child and speaking to us kindly. The bad experience I had with was the doctor he was rude and had terrible manner. The doctors raised his voice to my child which was unacceptable. While he was talking to me he was also raising his voice and having an attitude. The best GI Dr! Helped my daughters to the end. Very caring and professional. Staff is the best too, friendly and professional.
He did not do a good job communicating with us about issues that our child has been having or seem to be concerned with helping us. We were given incomplete inaccurate information on our child’s healthcare plan multiple times. Most importantly he made our child feel uncomfortable and as if he didn’t believe her . Very disappointed.
