Bought a used Mariner 3.3 and took it to Cliff to get it serviced and ensure it was ready to run. Cliff did his thing, said it was good to go, and charged me $175. Took it out for a first use on my Gheenoe skiff and it started/ran well but no propeller turn. Long story short is the shear pin was broken and as I learned after I contacted Cliff he did not look at the shear pin as part of his service. Cliff did a great job working on my Suzuki outboard - got to it quickly, fast to analyze and diagnose the problem, and sent me updates of what he was finding. Cliff knows his stuff, is easy to work with, and shared knowledge with me which was very helpful. Will definitely use again for outboard problems. My Suzuki now runs better and faster than it did when I got it! Thanks Cliff.
Did a nice job took longer than expected
Had a Johnson 8hp impeller repaired in June 2017. Work was done right, on time, and very reasonable with good strong communications between seller and Cliff. Can't ask for much more than that. I definitely give them thumbs up to anyone looking for outboard repairs.
