First visit went great. Then my provider left and the second visit the new doctor (Cooper) didn’t listen to me at all. Refills take days for them to respond and when you follow up it’s always someone different. I’ve been waiting over a week for a routine refill and I’m told this is their normal process. This never happened before I switched to a local doctor. I do not recommend that at all. Update: I went to the Annapolis office and had a much better experience

I’m not usually one to give one star. Long story short: pick another practice if you’re having a baby. Dr. Cooper disappeared 8 hours while I was in active labor leaving me with the inexperienced residents at the hospital. They had told me I was progressing (saying I was 8 cm dilated—I never made it past 7 cm!) so I kept on going for 36 HOURS! Honestly i wouldnt go here . They are the worst OBgYN i been too .
