The doctor is nice but the staff there so terrible! Onetime they let me was waiting for 2 hours with pregnancy I was so tired. But One more time I was late 10ms they canceled my appointment even I was there. One time they made the appointment glucose test for me on 28th weeks but convinced me to do it on the 26th weeks check up, they did it but no canceled . Our experience with Luminous Health OB/GYN was devastating. My fiancée was a high-risk pregnancy, and this practice knew her history they delivered two of her previous children. When she started bleeding for an entire week, we did everything we could to get her seen. We were repeatedly told they were too busy. Totally love this office everyone is super nice and welcoming, Front desk always make sure my urgent needs are met I would definitely recommend this OBGYN office to any mom looking for a OB.
I have had nothing but a great experience with this healthcare. I have been part of the practice for over 16 years and have had no issues. I have seen 4 different doctors and each one have been great!
Horrible customer service. I thought my appointment was February 27th. I called to reschedule because I thought I was going to be late. My appointment come to find out was March 27th instead of telling me that that the front desk proceeded to ask me if I was sure I wanted to reschedule instead of saying your appointment isn’t today it’s March 27th. I have been bleeding for nine months straight soaking wet pads (12 hour plus diaper pads every hour) No one cares though hopefully I’ll bleed out and die.
