The triage system is terrible! I was sent to the Waugh Chapel office and they did not have the necessary " machine" for my needed tests--then today called at 8:15 am for follow-up prescription--its 3:15 and I am still waiting on the script to even be sent in
I’ve been putting this off for exactly a year….I would like to say that my other nurses in my 4.5 day stay after my unplanned c section were absolutely angels but the rest is what made it stick to a two. I had severe pre eclampsia undiagnosed before baby. I had a nurse named Jenevieve who was the nurse who clearly hated her job. Nurse from hell is a far statement but boy does she hate it there. Absolutely no.
Absolute WORST experience at the Annapolis location. My husband and I found out I was pregnant with our first baby back in January. I immediately called to schedule an appointment and was told I needed to schedule an hCG blood draw at an urgent care then call back with the results before I could schedule. I did just that, called back, then was told I didn't need to to that to book an appointment. We went in and heard the heartbeat and was then taken in to meet with the OB, Aja Errera.
