The doctors/nurses are great but the office ladies are rude and unhelpful. I recently requested medical records and she told me it would be a fee plus $.83/page and they wouldn't send it to my doctor, just me. Before I could say anything, she said just go request it directly from Privia but I don't know how much of your record they will send but she thought it might be free.
