Absolutely horrible. They sold me a used dinghy with the wrong title. After 9 months of hell, I was able to find the original owner and get the title in my name. I also purchased a new Tohatsu outboard that had a terrible vibration. It took months and countless trips to the shop in order to get them to replace the motor.
