The front desk, nursing staff, vascular echo tech(Jennifer) and other professionals (i should have gotten their names)have been truly outstanding. So many medical professionals get complacent. They were all so universally positive, i thought i was in a documentary film on the lost era of patient centered medicine. No film crew, so clearly authentic. having a medical condition that can cause serious health issues you'd like to have a doctor who makes you feel he cares and is concerned about your health. Both Dr Melsjan Shkullaku and doctor Baran Kilical, both made me feel very comfortable and explained both my medical condition as well as the issues that can result from it. The front desk, nursing staff, vascular echo tech, and other professionals have been outstanding. The 2 person team of Shelby and Chris performing stress tests on 8 patients today functioned like a well oiled machine. Chris hit a vein in my hand first time. Shelby placed contrast dye in the I V. while I was running on the treadmill! The waiting room was comfortable with a TV and place to eat. Should have brought a book. 4 hours goes by fast though.
Dr. Kilical and Dr. Shkullaku are excellent physicians. They are caring, explain medical diagnosis in layman's term so you can really understand and comprehend how to proceed to make the best decision regarding your health care concerns. The Receptionist have great customer service. I most definitely would recommend Annapolis Heart to my family, friends, colleagues, and relatives. Annapolis Heart LLC deserves more stars to rate because the doctors really explain all possible options that fits your medical needs.
