Cannot get appointments even if sudden problem with ear. Receptionist made me feel bad because I hadn’t been there for 3 years. It’s not the type of office I go to on a regular basis. Would not fit me in for 2 weeks! And didn’t seem like she cared at all. Doctors are great; front office staff not so much.
The staff and doctors are so very kind. They were helpful, knowledgeable as well as worked around my schedule. Would highly recommend
Very poor customer service. If you want want backup for your hearing aids DON'T BUY THEM HERE.
Dr. Johnson is a prescription king pin. I came in for damage for a broken nose and he ordered allergy spray and a cpap machine. Avoid this practice unless you only want unwanted prescriptions and products!
