Terrible call center, who make the appointments, and have no accountability. I made an appointment three months ago (today was the soonest I could get in) for the MedStar Shah Medical Group at Annapolis Endocrinology Medical Center. I called a month ago to confirm my appointment (and they had it then), but when I called yesterday to double-check, I was told they did not have an appointment for me. Nothing special
Scheduled my appointment in early June and they told me it would be August 21st. Fine. The night before, they call me 10 minutes before they close and leave a message saying that they scheduled me the wrong physician and that I will need to reschedule. When I called back this morning, what can they offer me? An appointment another two months down the road. Absolute bullshit. Ive reached out to a legal professional to discuss what my options are here because at this point they are jeopardizing my health.
Love the courteous, business response given to every patient who walks in. Timely appointments, of not having to wait long periods before being seen.
