Wow!!! Came in to speak with them in person, gurl with grow hair was very rude, I had to come in because no one answers the phone! The doctors are not sending the medical notes to Walgreens correctly (not my fault) and we can’t get our prescription!!! Why are they rude to us??? It’s their incompetence!!! Follow up two hours later apparently the doctor did not sign the paperwork that was sent to the pharmacy. For two months the doctor forgot to sign a piece of paper. I’m really scared and nervous. Thinking about moving on.
I was seeing one of the Doctors had to call and reschedule an appointment the person taking the phone call seemed like I was really inconvenience in them to do their job. I apologize for having to do that. I’ll find a new doctor.
Dr. Cohen was 45 minutes late for my appointment and office staff said this was chronic and not due to an overfull schedule. The office was impossible to deal with for basic billing and clinical questions.
Horrible communication experience. Unable to call the office for Annapolis Endocrinology with Dr Cohen but must go thru an independent answering service. Called 3 weeks in a row to get a prescription filled and pharmacy continued to tell me there was no call from the doctors office? I also had referral for bloodwork from them and the lab said Cohens office put wrong code on it and I’d have to call my insurance or it wouldn’t be covered? Things just go from bad to worse with this office. I've finally had enough so I'm transferring to a new place and they failed 3 times to get my records sent over properly the new place just gave up and let me have an appointment. Completely incompetent. Not only that I had one last appointment here since I'm not able to get to the new provider immediately and my doctor knew this and seemingly decided since it was my last appointment to just blow me off.
