Appalling customer service. I have been a patient for years and been happy, but I have a conflict with an upcoming appointment and I have been trying for a month to reschedule without result. I cannot get through on the phone; the wait time in the hold queue only goes up, and when I request a callback there is no one on the line. I have sent messages through the email portal on their website, but I get no response there either. I can neither reschedule nor cancel my appointment.

Went to their office and got a skin tag removed that was non cancerous but good to get removed off my back. In the process I think they nicked or cut a nerve and ever since then I’ve had a slight nerve pain when moving a certain way or coughing hard. The dermatologist was an older woman and a bit shakey so I should have known better. Patient be ware!
