Had to have an emergency extraction. The team did a great job all the way around from answering the first call to scheduling to dr. K Pulling the tooth. I’d do that again if it were that easy all the time. They made sure billing was accurate and I’ll be back for my cleaning. Thanks!
Great experience
Communication was poor from the start, and the out-of-pocket costs were higher than any dental practice I’ve been to in the Maryland area. I was assigned two dentists, and the second one (still in training) recommended that we simply neglect a concern that was already symptomatic. That kind of advice left me feeling dismissed and concerned about the quality of care.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. The dentist and technician made me feel comfortable all during the procedure.
