Back in February this was just another visit to the dentist. However, the reason I did not give a five star rating for the experience was the costs. Yes, all dentists are expensive. My concern is this; after all the insurance paperwork was filed and claims paid back in March, this office owed several hundred dollars as overpayment. It is almost August and I had to ask for my refund. That type of bookkeeping is not my cup of tea.
