I’m so tired of these providers wanting grace…expecting you to wait 10, 20, 30 minutes on them - but when I’m ten min late to my appt, I need to be rescheduled? Seriously? And who doesn’t have a grace period of at least 10 min? I had to do so much coordinating with work and the kids to make this appointment and the lack of accommodation when I was literally 10 min late is next level ridiculous. So thanks for nothing Dr. Madsen. I’ll definitely search for another provider.
Doctor was great but front desk employee with animated mask was very rude. Being a new patient, I did not feel welcomed.
Had an excellent experience with Dr Proshan, his assistant, and Barb. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before and after my procedure. Thank you!
I had deverticulitis and had surgery although I had an abcess after the surgery, I was worn that it could happen. Dr Madsen was at the hospital every single morning during my stay and kept updated, before the surgery returned my calls even on weekends to send a priscription for me to the pharmacy. The staff was also great. I am now fully recovered and feeling great.
Dr. Madsen is amazing and very knowledgeable. From getting a diagnosis, to explaining what’s wrong and how’s she’s going to help, to executing the procedure everything was amazing and went very smooth. All of the people in the office are very friendly and make you feel comfortable even if it’s not such a comfortable topic.
