I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this office and will not be going back. The lack of customer service and lack of care for the patient is shocking. After waiting over a month for an appointment I showed up at 1:31 for my 1:30 appointment and was told I was unable to be seen. The front desk lady was very rude and told me because I was a new patient I needed to be there 15 minutes early or I would not be seen. Dr. Madsen is the absolute best!!!
I’m so tired of these providers wanting grace…expecting you to wait 10, 20, 30 minutes on them - but when I’m ten min late to my appt, I need to be rescheduled? Seriously? And who doesn’t have a grace period of at least 10 min? I had to do so much coordinating with work and the kids to make this appointment and the lack of accommodation when I was literally 10 min late is next level ridiculous. So thanks for nothing Dr. Madsen. I’ll definitely search for another provider.
Doctor was great but front desk employee with animated mask was very rude. Being a new patient, I did not feel welcomed.
Had an excellent experience with Dr Proshan, his assistant, and Barb. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable before and after my procedure. Thank you!
