Won’t even make a consult appointment unless you already physically have a physical insurance card, as in it’s in your hands as your calling. My insurance card is in the mail after having it stolen in the mail and all I have right now is a scanned version that my insurance sent me to hold me over so I just don’t deserve healthcare until then. I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this office and will not be going back. The lack of customer service and lack of care for the patient is shocking. After waiting over a month for an appointment I showed up at 1:31 for my 1:30 appointment and was told I was unable to be seen. The front desk lady was very rude and told me because I was a new patient I needed to be there 15 minutes early or I would not be seen.
