Jose Nunez was very quick and helpful when addressing the sink leak under in our kitchen. I’ve had an ongoing sink leak issue for months, resulting in a mold scare. Since being assigned to our unit, Jose has done a great job addressing the issue, cleaning out the cabinet, and replacing the broken parts.
Maintenance team is A+. Jose Nunez is awesome, he came to fix our AC after hours on a Friday. Got here within 10 minutes of us calling.
When I had some issues with the water temperature and washing machine, the repairman, Jose Nunez, came promptly to fix my issues. It was so nice to have a hot shower again! He also made sure that I didn't have any other concerns that he could address when he came. He truly cares about helping residents and is always friendly to me when I see him out and about.
