Dr. Ormsby and her staff are AWESOME! She truly listens to her patients and delivers on everything she promises. I've recommended her over the years and all of my friends have had the same experience. If you are looking for a doctor that truly cares, Dr. Ormsby is your girl.
Where is zero stars. Screwed up procedure and then wanted me to pay again to fix her screw up!! Well I can fix it pay for procedure again and schedule a day! Was her response. Take more time off work and pay you more money!?!? Went to a better Doctor to get fixed. Burn me once not again.

Gave me one price for a combination breast reconstruction procedure. On the day of surgery, said she couldn't do both parts of it that day. When I returned following the first part of the surgery to talk about completing it, she gave ma a price for a SECOND WHOLE SURGERY to complete what was quoted in the original.
