I had an issue with a DR's office not telling us Annapath would be involved. Even though Annapath performed the service as directed by the DR, they removed the charges for their services from my bill bc I was not fully informed of potential costs. SO nice of them when it wasn't even their fault, but rather the DRs lack of communication. Carla and Dr. Lee took the time to understand the issue and work together for a solution.

No contact with this company or service yet they got a hold of my cell number. Constant calls and reminders I have bills to pay when I never visited them or asked for their services. Strange business practice that should be illegal . Shut this place down.
Sends mysterious text messages for billing that look like phishing attempts. There is never contact with this company so how would you know it is legit? I never got results either. This is not the way.
