Excellent service to both car and customer today - and at a great price. What's not to like?
Lovely little place, friendly people
Really helpful, dropped in towards the end of the day before the long journey home after my car developed a horrible noise. He managed to get it on the ramps and diagnose the problem for us. While he didn't have time to fix it, and I didn't really expect him to be able to, he gave helpful advice as to how to manage to limp home that evening. Thank you.
First time there. Booked my car in for an MOT. No problems there. Got a text a few hours later to say it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, I was told that they'd fitted new windscreen wipers & charged me for them. They did not ask me first. They had NO right to spend my money (which I don't really have) without asking or checking with me first. When I pointed this out to them, I received not even an apology - just a blank stare and a shrug. Dishonest - won't use again.
