After countless assurances and promises of getting back to us about a home loan, they never did. Tom Dobson (Clearwater Branch Manager), dropped the ball and never made good on his promise to call us back. We consequently closed 3 accounts and the only nice word we heard out of Stacy (customer service and loan agent) was Thank You. Imagine a 'thank you' for closing your accounts.
