Sadly I have to put a negative review as I’m very disappointed with the service I have received. After placing an order for some birthday flowers to deliver to my cousin for next day delivery, I was very disappointed to receive an email from Teleflora at 20:43 saying my order has been cancelled due to the florist being unavailable. There was no effort to contact me to arrange a suitable alternative which is bad customer service. Annandale Florists is now located inside the K Market grocery store down the street at: 4239 John Marr Dr, Annandale, VA 22003. Quick turn around on having flowers ready the morning after I spoke with them. I'll be coming back the next time I need flowers in the area.
