Great doctors but the wait time is outrageous
The staff here show a lot of care and are very kind, over the years I have been able to appreciate their work and I have felt safe in the rooms when I was seen. There are long waiting times for some appointments, but I would not say that is particularly surprising -- especially with a smaller staff, more personalized care comes at the cost of erratic and sometimes long waiting times to support a higher volume. Overall, I think their longevity is evidence of their quality of care, and I hope to see them long into the future.

I came to this office with high expectations based on the positive feedback, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Gautam Malhotra left me disappointed. I was seeking care for a complex and persistent condition and brought detailed information about my symptoms, history, and what treatments had helped so far.
