The staff here show a lot of care and are very kind, over the years I have been able to appreciate their work and I have felt safe in the rooms when I was seen. There are long waiting times for some appointments, but I would not say that is particularly surprising -- especially with a smaller staff, more personalized care comes at the cost of erratic and sometimes long waiting times to support a higher volume. Overall, I think their longevity is evidence of their quality of care, and I hope to see them long into the future.

I came to this office with high expectations based on the positive feedback, but unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Gautam Malhotra left me disappointed. I was seeking care for a complex and persistent condition and brought detailed information about my symptoms, history, and what treatments had helped so far. Awful Experience – Unprofessional and Disrespectful I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share how truly terrible Annandale Family Practice has been. This office is the definition of unprofessional. Appointments mean absolutely nothing here—be prepared to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half, sometimes even two hours past your scheduled time before you’re even called back.
