This has been my only shop for years.. unfortunately it will be no longer. They are under new ownership and since I have experienced a decrease in quality, workmanship, and honesty. They currently have no alignment rack in service BUT are selling and mounting new tires. Great service from a very quick, reliable, and honest vehicle repair shop. I’ve taken my truck here 2 times and have been very satisfied each time . They have always had a loaner vehicle available which is very convenient. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else besides Annandale Auto Care !
My wife and I came to Annandale for granddaughters birthday party. We thought we a screw in our tire but it turned out to just be in the tread. They checked the tire and found nothing wrong. I recently visited Annandale Auto Shop for breaks and rotor replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Andrew was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what needed to be done in terminology I could understand. Maddi provided me with an estimate without any hidden costs. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality auto repair with excellent customer service. My family will definitely be returning for out future car needs!
