I recently had work done on my car. They were able to get me in within a few days of when I called and assured me my car would run until then. It was shutting off at intersections on occasion. It was a pretty simply fix that took them less than half the day to fix and they found one other issue I didn't know about and repaired that as well. I believe this is my third time taking my car to this shop. I have been very satisfied. Great guys that seem honest and knowledgeable.

We can’t recommend Annandale Auto Care enough! We bring all of our vehicles here for everything from regular maintenance to larger repairs and projects, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. One of the things we appreciate most is how open and honest they are. They do a great job communicating what’s going on, explaining what actually needs to be done, and keeping us updated throughout the process. We’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or left wondering what we’re being charged for. Their pricing has a... read more

Stay away. I supposedly needed 3 bearings replaced initially, and all three have had to be replaced 2+ more times because they use shoddy parts with bad sensors. Several trips back to the shop to have them correct their bad work. At this point, I’m biting the bullet and getting them replaced by a shop that will get it right. They also sold me tires and supposedly aligned them, and am seeing reviews now that they don’t have equipment to even do that—hence why my alignment was no good. Why not just tell me you can’t complete t... read more

Update 5 star based on owner follow up. Owner called me and wanted to understand what took place and how to make it right. That is customer service you don't see much any more. Thank you Bill for the call and for willingness to make things right. 3 star -Had issues when getting tires that were put on an escape. Weights were wrong so out of balance and bent brake caliper guard. They did offer to fix the issue, but decide to bring it to dealer in town. This is just my experience could have been new tech/bad day who knows. Howe... read more

Had my brakes done and they locked up brought it back and they said they fixed it and I didn't make it 30 miles before they locked up again. The cylinders on the calipers were broken but they used them anyways, had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Owner contacted me offered me refund on caliper and brake pads, she said the check is in the mail. What a LIAR!!! Don't do any business with Annandale Auto care because they don't care!
