Called and talked to the owner. We booked an appointment but he had forgot to write it down. One of the front guys kept telling me they squeezed it in reminding me I didn't have an appointment. Very disappointed when I went to pick up my vehicle and didn't get an apology or nothing, just excuses. Also found out that day he's selling. Is that why my customer service was a thumbsdown? Not a great experience for me at all

Our son drop his pickup truck off there to be looked at because another auto place told him that he needed this done and that done. So this place was recommended by my sister she takes her vehicle there all the time. So my son decided to try it, that’s the first time I have ever seen them come and get you to show you what the problem is with the truck I think all places should do that I thought that was very good idea.
