Best doctor ever!!
I’ve loved every interaction with Dr. Goldstein. Unfortunately now, despite saying they are accepting new patients, they have 0 new patient appointments even available to book according to one staff member. Multiple messages have been left over the last 3 months with no attempt to call back. Given the office staff’s negligence of the patients, I would sadly advise that you seek a provider outside of the St. Luke’s network as this seems to be an ever increasing problem with their physician support staff. I've had a lot of doctors. DR Goldstein is fantastic. Very personable and obviously cares for me as a person, not just a number. Beats the last several hands down.
Dr Goldstein was out on maternity leave and apparently had no backup, (Not sure how that’s supposed to work, but seems like a Dr should have a backup for their patients if they’re out). They said we couldn’t get an appointment for my mother and they told me they couldn’t help any time i called and needed something because the Dr was out. My mother has dementia and when the assisted living facility called for something I can’t remember, they informed them that they had dropped her as a patient because she had missed a couple ... read more
Dr. Goldstein is kind, caring and patient. She is also incredibly smart and intuitive. I am so glad I found her and have such a wonderful PCP now. It is so refreshing to have a dr listen to all your concerns and propose thoughtful solutions for all.
