Fantastic realtor who has now handled a couple of transactions for me. The most recent one was the sale of a condo during late fall (a notoriously slow time for real estate). She was clear about the challenges we faced, and did an outstanding job pricing and marketing the property, securing a difficult mid-December closing with a price that was right in line with what she predicted.
