I recently have placed four online orders this Christmas season 2025. I did not see one of my orders listed on their website and called. The woman who answered was rather abrupt with me and answered my question but when I thanked her and said have a nice day, there was some silence and then she hung up on me without being polite and saying anything. She did see that I had recently paid a lot of monies and she could have acknowledged my business and said goodbye; not very customer service.

The staff are nice and helpful. I collected these years ago. It brought back so many fond memories. Thank you!
Disappointed, Only the featured items in the online only catalog. Some discounted items from previous holidays. Nothing larger than 20/24 inch.Just a small store no longer the factory. 3 maybe 4 employees.
