The leasing office is super nice everybody there are so kind and so friendly and I highly recommend living at the Annandale apartments
Lived here for 3 years. Their motto seems to be to overpromise and underdeliver. The longest they had a property manager employed there during that time was about 5 months. Otherwise, there is a revolving door of staff members. The horrendous mismanagement translates to long delays for repairs, poorly maintained facilities like the pool and fitness center, and no way to actually enforce amenities usage for tenants and their guests only. I really love this property, and I’m excited to see what’s ahead with the new management team. They already seems to be going above and beyond to make it even better.
Management and workers are spaced out. Not rude but never show up for repairs.
