They should place a staff who know how to take blood sample. Seriously, my wife went to clinic today to give blood sample on 25 March 2025 ~10:15am AEDT . The Nurse ( not sure if she is Intern here than whynot senior nurse along?) tried all the ways but in vain. Than she suggested to go other lab for sample🥸🙏🏻 Not concern here for time which was ~15-20 mins wasted, but atleast they should be trained how to take blood sample if veins not visble. Finally booked my first pilates class at the practice as i’ve been coming here for so long!!! the new owners & staff are so lovely and the clinic looks amazing with the new fit out!
I visited the clinic for the first time today! And how amazing to have a clinic local open on a Sunday! I was greeted with such open arms as a new patient and the girls ran through everything with me. I can definitely say this is our new local clinic! Thank you so much guys love this new space
