Our family have been coming to Annadale Family Medical for a few years now. So this review is well overdue. Reception staff have always been incredibly friendly, caring, patient, helpful and well accommodating. I'd like to make a special mention to Elaine. Great experience with the staff, polite and very welcoming. Dr Simon is great with myself and my kids helping us always in just 1 visit. Highly recommended
My daughter had a really bad cold and I needed an urgent appointment. The clinic was fully booked, but Elaine at reception was so sweet and helpful. She managed to squeeze us in and get us an appointment, which I really appreciated. Elaine is such a lovely, friendly person and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Elaine, for your kindness and excellent service. You are wonderful!
Elaine was wonderful, she helped me get a urgent appointment with the Dr and X-ray. She is an absolute asset to the practice.
They should place a staff who know how to take blood sample. Seriously, my wife went to clinic today to give blood sample on 25 March 2025 ~10:15am AEDT . The Nurse ( not sure if she is Intern here than whynot senior nurse along?) tried all the ways but in vain. Than she suggested to go other lab for sample🥸🙏🏻 Not concern here for time which was ~15-20 mins wasted, but atleast they should be trained how to take blood sample if veins not visble.
