Worst place we’ve ever been!! My daughter and her two friends went here tonight for hoco nails. They had a 4:30 appt. and didn’t get started with two of the girls until 5:30. Then went one at a time…they didn’t finish until 8:15pm!!!! My daughter has been there 1 other time for a full set with design. It was $60 after tip. Tonight they charged her for the same nails…..$81 🤯 worst service ever

I did a pedicure and manicure last month and the staff did a great job. Feel so relaxing with the massage.

Called to confirm my appointment on 7/3 for 7/4 due to the holiday. I arrived at 9:30am and stayed until 10:20. They are clearly closed today. I assume the individual that confirmed my appointment yesterday didn’t understand english or wasn’t aware of the 7/4 closure. There isn’t a sign on the door showing closed and when I try calling it just rings. I am unable to leave a voicemail. It would be nice to let individuals know you are closed for the holiday. Also, there are two ladies waiting outside.

Owners have changed and although the old ones are still involved prices have changed without notice. Gel polish has always been $10 extra however, suddenly it has doubled. $55 for a regular pedicure with gel polish before tip is ridiculous. $35 for the pedicure and $20 for polish is unreasonable. Would be one thing to post the up charge for the gel polish so as your pushing the upgrade there is transparency. Definitely won’t be back after being a loyal customer for years.

I walked in for a pedicure today and they did a great job! They were really friendly and it was very clean. I’ll definitely be coming back!
