I purchased a necklace from this business a couple of weeks ago, once I received it, the item was very poor quality, it was practically a fishing line with a gem, for almost $100. I contacted costumer service and they gave me a return label, ASSURED me there was no additional fee. So I returned it, and THERE WAS an additional fee of $33 for restocking.
