Dr. Ilagan was right on time for my appointment with virtually no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. She was incredibly caring, kind, patient, and thorough, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. She provided excellent care and made me feel heard throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Dr. Ilagan and have already recommended her to several friends!
Starting with the staff that is pleasant, friendly, polite and very professional. I am so pleased with Dr. Ilagan who is very professional yet pleasant, she listens with concern and makes one feel at ease especially with someone like me who gets very anxious when visiting the doctor. I would definitely recommend her to others.
Best female doctor I've had so far since I moved back to Lobg Beach in 2017. She's my 3rd doctor due to insurance change.
She is an incredible caring doctor. Would highly recommend.
