Horrific enough that I filed a formal complaint. She was extremely rude to me and didn't take what I was going through seriously, whatsoever. The first thing she said to me was "you are 46 you can't get pregnant!' Not AT ALL why I was there, not to mention I lost my only baby at that location so it was already hard coming in. She secretly gave me a drug test, and I was stuck by myself without a nurse call button in a tiny, isolated room with no TV for over 8 hours.
