Awesome home's!
Moved in March 2021, signed pacesetter contract which included extended home warranty with pro home for 2 years mechanical, workmanship, etc. Tried service call today and pro home tells us we have a 1 yr warranty. We just had a same a/c service call last month under warranty. Sent them the signed addendum for the 2 yr warranty and they tell us the warranty started when we signed to build the home and to take this up with Pacesetter.
