Took her time and really listened to me
Dr Anna is the kindest Dr a wish she could be my primary
Dr. Stanislaus was great. Her care has always been excellent. The problem that I encountered with my video visit was that for 40 minutes I kept getting a message on the screen that I was not able to join in. I phoned the doctor's number twice, once after waiting 20 minutes and again at 35 minutes. The second lady that I spoke with insisted that the delay was all my fault. This hook up system needs to be fixed and made more user friendly.
