Anna is an incredible massage therapist. She has a gift for tuning in and working with your body in the way that it needs to let go. Her skin rolling technique is fantastic and she used a variety of techniques throughout for different muscle groups/issues presenting. She was able to access a chronic area of tightness that many therapist have not been able to get a whole lot of improvement and got a good 80% improvement in one session. Massages with Anna will put you in the best kind of trance. Don’t even try to do anything productive afterwards, because you won’t be able to. I wasn’t. She listens closely as you describe your aches and pains, which is just level 1, but then as she works on your body she intuitively finds areas that require focus (areas that I wouldn’t even have known to communicate ) and uses a combination of methods to release those areas, which takes the massage to an entirely new level.
